I haven’t received my order.

My order arrived incorrect or incomplete

You have 30 days from the date your goods were received to return any unopened and unused items purchased from www.clckr.com for a full refund. Please note, we cannot refund items bought from an external retailer. Returns are made at your own expense.

How do I return a CLCKR Product?

Why won’t my Universal CLCKR stick to my device?

At this time, the CLCKR glue will not adhere to the iPhone 11 Pro/ iPhone 11 Pro Max/ iPhone 12 Pro/ iPhone 12 Pro Max/ Note20/ Note20 Ultra or devices with a similar texture. We’re sorry for this inconvenience. We suggest using a hard-shell phone case to use your new CLCKR.

Why won’t my universal CLCKR stick to my case?

For best results, we suggest using a hard-shell phone case when placing your Universal CLCKR onto a case. Unfortunately, the Universal CLCKR glue will not adhere to Silicone or Fabric cases.

Will the Universal CLCKR stick to my glass back device?

If you have a glass back device, we suggest using the clear film included in the packaging. Stick this to your device and then stick the CLCKR on top. This will ensure that the CLCKR stays in place and does not fall off. Unfortunately, this does not apply for iPhone 11 Pro/ iPhone 11 Pro Max devices.

I don’t have a glass back device; how do I stick the CLCKR on?

For devices without a glass back, you can stick the CLCKR directly to the device. Just remove the film on the back of the CLCKR and stick in the desired position.

Can I remove my CLCKR and stick it to another case/ device?

This all depends on how old the CLCKR is. We suggest removing the CLCKR from the case or device you no longer want to use it on. Wet the back of the CLCKR with clean water, do NOT dry as you don’t want fibers to stick to the glue, leave to air dry this will reactivate the adhesive. Then stick to the new case/ device as you desire. Please note, this does not apply to Silicone/ Fabric cases or the iPhone 11 Pro/ iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Why won’t wireless charging work?

We have tested our Cases and Universals and they all work with a Certified QI wireless charger. Please ensure you’re using a high-quality charger and the phone is placed in the correct position. If using the Universal on a phone case, the thickness of the phone case can determine if the wireless charging will work or not due to the distance from the charger.

Why is the CLCKR hard to press into place?

We’ve found that over time, the CLCKR becomes more loose making it easier to click into place. New products may need a bit more force when clicking into place as they may be stiff from being manufactured. Try clicking one side in before the other, instead of both at the same time. This should give a secure hold.

Will the mount be compatible with my car?

We offer 2 types of car mount. One is a 4-prong air vent mount which fits onto most traditional dashboards however we cannot advise specifically if it is compatible with your car model.The other mount is a 3M adhesive which will stick to a flat surface in your car.

Does this work without a CLCKR Stand & Grip?

Unfortunately, not. Our product is unique and therefore you will need to purchase a CLCKR Stand & Grip to use it.

How do I remove the metal clip?

The clip is designed to slide on and off very easily. This is so its unobtrusive and not in the way when you don’t want a magnet on your device.

Can I use wireless charging with the clip magnet on my phone?

We suggest removing the metal clip when wirelessly charging your device.

What should I do with the metal clip when not in use?

We suggest removing the clip and placing it on your mount when you remove it from your device. This keeps it in a safe place and ready to use when you need it next. However, the clip is thin and small enough to continue using your Stand & Grip as if it wasn’t there.

Does the Wallet Stand & Grip stick to an iPhone 11 Pro/ Pro Max/ 12 Pro/ 12 Pro Max?

Unfortunately, due to the coating on these devices, the Wallet will not stick to the device, we suggest using a hard-shell phone case.

Does the Wallet Stand & Grip stick to silicone?

Unfortunately, not. We suggest using a hard-shell phone case.

How many cards does the Wallet Stand & Grip hold?

The Wallet is designed to hold up to 3 slim cards or 2 thicker cards.

Why am I finding it hard to click into Stand mode?

When clicking the Wallet into stand mode, we suggest having at least 2 cards inside the Wallet. Try pushing in the left clip followed by the right and vice versa. After several uses, the product loosens and becomes easier to click into place.

Can I wirelessly charge my phone with the Wallet Stand & Grip?

Unfortunately, due to the thickness of the product, wireless charging is not possible.

Will the Wallet Stand & Grip fit on my iPhone 12 Mini?

Unfortunately, due to the size of the product, it will not fit on the iPhone 12 Mini or devices of a similar size.
